This will take you to a page with 6 options. Then click on 'Option 3' (Select your meetings) which will take you to a page called 'List of Participants'. This is where you will be able to search the database of collaboration profiles for all the other delegate organisations that have registered for the 1:1 meetings. To register your request to have a meeting with a particular delegate, simply tick the box marked 'I would like to meet this company' which you will find at the top and bottom of each delegates 'profile' page, and we will do the rest. Once you are logged in you can also view a list of your meeting requests (via Option 5). This list will show both those delegates you have selected to meet and also a list of those other delegates who have requested to meet with you. You can use the meeting 'decline' function to turn down any requests that you do not consider appropriate. However, I would ask you to keep an open mind as you never know what such contacts can produce. Please Note - You do not need to 'accept' your meeting requests, only decline those requests from people you do not want to meet. Please remember to make sure that you have said enough in your collaboration profile to make it sound interesting and attractive to the other delegates. If you don't you could end up with no meetings which would be a shame and a lost opportunity for you.
